CS Coastal Workshop - Exploring Unplugged and Integrated CS Concepts (Previously Day 1 of the CORE)
Previous CORE participants not eligible to particpate.
Dive into the foundations of computer science and discover how to bring CS to life in your classroom-even without devices.
You'll explore strategies to integrate computer science across grade levels and subject areas using unplugged activities and hands-on planning tools.
Whether you teach core content or specials, this session supports creative curriculum alignment and meaningful student engagement. Educators will align their instruction to the NJSLS-CS standards (8.1.2.CS through 8.1.12.CS) by addressing computing systems, algorithms, and computational thinking through creative, accessible activities.
