Time: 9:00am - 12:00pm

Expand your integration of BlueBots beyond basic coding and into computational thinking, algorithms, data representation, and debugging—all while aligning with New Jersey’s computer science certification requirements (N.J.A.C. 6A:9B) and the Praxis CS (5652) exam.

This hands-on workshop will explore unplugged activities that strengthen algorithm design, pseudocode, loops, conditionals, and Boolean logic, helping students develop problem-solving skills before programming.

Through decision trees, debugging challenges, and real-world robotics applications, educators will learn engaging ways to connect BlueBots to math, logic, and digital citizenship.

Join us to discover how robotics and unplugged computing can build foundational skills essential for teaching computer science in K-3 classroom.

Audience: Grades K-3 teachers preparing for CS certification
